Vision

Our Campground Host program is the perfect opportunity to volunteer while experiencing the best of Victoria's national, state parks/reserves during peak visitation times.

Having already welcomed over 6000 volunteers through our program over the past 23 years we hope to welcome you. You must be 18+ to apply by registering below for any vacancies we have which are only advertised for summer and Easter Victorian school holiday periods.

Your camping site is provided free along with full training and uniform, all that is required from you is a few hours per day to provide help and advice to fellow campers and visitors. Your own vehicle is required to participate on our program as public transport is not an option.

We encourage you to join our Campground Host volunteer program as you will also be working with our Rangers and park staff but most importantly you will have plenty of free time to experience and explore the parks yourself.

Goal

Our goal is to challenge you to experience a new park location or a familiar one while volunteering as a Campground Host with us.

Feel the sand under your feet, climb that mountain you have always thought about, brush past the soft ferns, feel the sun in open spaces or just open that book and read peacefully beside that waterfall.

The best part about this program is you can do it all!.

Camping equipment, cooking utensils, food, water and transport to sites is not supplied.

To become a volunteer, register with ParkConnect.
