On 16 November 2018, The Honourable Daniel Andrews announced the $105.6 million “Victoria’s Great Outdoors” election commitment including $4.5 million to increase support for environmental volunteering in Victoria through new and innovative volunteer experiences.
The Victorian Great Outdoors Volunteer Group, aims to increase the number of volunteers on crown land, create new volunteer opportunities, provide skill building opportunities and training opportunities to volunteers.
